Train Like an Athlete, Not a Tourist
Why one-off tutorials don't stick, and how weekly reps with a personal AI trainer compound into real capability.
The Tutorial Trap
Everyone has watched an AI video, felt inspired for an afternoon, and changed nothing. That's tourism: you visited the future, took a photo, and went home.
Athletes don't get fit from one visit to the gym. They get fit from reps, programming, and a trainer who notices what they can't see themselves. Skill with AI works exactly the same way.
The Training Model
Our program borrows its structure from personal training:
- Weekly sessions. Scheduled, recurring, non-negotiable. Consistency beats intensity.
- Progressive overload. Each week's build is slightly beyond what you could do alone. That's where growth happens.
- A trainer who watches your form. The difference between "it kind of works" and "it works" is usually one habit a trainer can spot in minutes.
- Homework that ships. Between sessions you run what you built, and bring back what broke.
What Compounds
After a month you have four shipped builds. After a quarter you have a system: your meetings turn into follow-ups automatically, your ideas turn into drafts, your practice or business has a content engine.
None of that comes from knowing more about AI. It comes from reps.
